Reception / Entrance Area

 

 

• ✅ Empty all bins and replace liners
• ✅ Wipe down and disinfect reception desk and surfaces
• ✅ Clean and disinfect door handles, railings, and light switches
• ✅ Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• ✅ Clean and sanitize waiting area chairs and tables
• ✅ Wipe down any brochures, leaflets, or display materials

 

 

 

Gym Floor (Workout Areas)

 

 

• ✅ Wipe down and disinfect all gym equipment (machines, free weights, benches)
• ✅ Clean and sanitize mats, stability balls, and other accessories
• ✅ Empty and sanitize waste bins
• ✅ Dust and wipe down mirrors and wall fixtures
• ✅ Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors (pay attention to corners and under equipment)
• ✅ Disinfect lockers, cubbies, and storage units
• ✅ Wipe down water fountains and bottle refill stations
• ✅ Clean and disinfect high-touch points (treadmill buttons, bike handles, etc.)

 

 

 

Group Exercise Studios (Yoga, Spin, etc.)

 

 

• ✅ Wipe down and sanitize all equipment (mats, bikes, steps, bands)
• ✅ Dust and clean mirrors and windowsills
• ✅ Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• ✅ Disinfect doors, handles, and light switches

 

 

 

Changing Rooms / Locker Rooms

 

 

• ✅ Empty all bins and sanitary containers
• ✅ Wipe down and disinfect lockers, benches, and seating
• ✅ Clean and disinfect sinks, counters, and mirrors
• ✅ Clean and disinfect showers and cubicles (walls, floors, fixtures)
• ✅ Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper
• ✅ Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant
• ✅ Check for plumbing issues (leaks, clogs)

 

 

 

Restrooms

 

 

• ✅ Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks
• ✅ Wipe down countertops and mirrors
• ✅ Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and hand towels
• ✅ Empty trash bins and replace liners
• ✅ Sweep and mop floors with appropriate disinfectant
• ✅ Sanitize high-touch points (door handles, flush levers, light switches)

 

 

 

Other Tasks

 

 

• ✅ Clean and check air vents and filters
• ✅ Refill cleaning wipes and sanitizing spray stations
